  • Assigned collateral director level responsibility to oversee the transition and implementation phase of our internal training department being outsourced to a dedicated international training provider.

  • Responsible for the oversight for 13 Million dollar Asset Purchase Agreement that included the sale of assets, property, equipment, simulators and the transition of personnel in 8 countries.

  • In charge of the overall efficiency and streamlining of our training function which allows for scaling within the fluctuating oil and gas industry.

  • Successfully closed deal as planned and reached all goals and milestones on schedule.

  • Created and implemented a streamlined Short Service Employee evaluation and policy

  • Created STCW Manila Amendments Rest Hour tracking program for fleet use to streamline and standardize the tracking and reporting of work/rest hours.

  • Upgraded Hurricane Avoidance Calculator with an automated tool to account for high loop currents in the GOM, allowing for more accurate decision guidance in evading tropical weather systems for fleet.
