While overseeing the Labor and Development Pools for the worldwide maintenance teams, it became apparent that certain rigs and rig managers required individuals with specific knowledge, backgrounds and skills. I created this form to easily allow them to identify the traits they desired. For each position selected, the form would be populated with most of the major items that were associated with that position for the manager to check off as something they desired.
This allowed the rigs to not only obtain a person for the position that was vacant, but to receive the best fit for that position. This form was automated to easilly email and print from within the sheet itslef and pre-populated the correct shore-side personnel in the To box based on the discipline of the position desired.
